We have pictures listed on our website and Facebook page. If you want to personally view a unit one on one, you will have to be pre-approved through our application process.

We do not accept any forms of assistance.
What are the requirements to rent a unit? How do I get pre-approved?

We use “Doorloop” as our property management website/app. You can apply here and will require a background check, consisting of criminal, credit, and eviction status. $50 non-refundable fee. Under 549 credit score, any felonies, and evictions within the last 5 years are automatically denied. Credit scores between 550-620 will have a low credit security deposit added on move in cost. Income verification may also be necessary.

Classic units are $800 for 1 bedroom & $900 for 2 bedrooms.
Upgraded units are $850 for 1 bedroom & $950 for 2 bedrooms.
Modern units are $950 for 1 bedroom & $1,050 for 2 bedrooms.

You can pay rent through our online portal Doorloop, or by check/money order. We absolutely accept no cash!!!

No, we do not allow smoking in our units or in the common area. Smoking is permitted outside away from the building.

Rent is due on the 1st of the month with a 4-day grace period. A $50 late fee will be accessed on the 6th. $15 added everyday additional day late passed the 6th.

We allow a guest to stay up to 10 days in a calendar year, and no more than 5 days in a row at one time. Someone staying any longer than this must be added to a new lease.
